Supply Chain and Quality Assurance Expertise

Our Supply Chain experts will develop the supply chain performance from placing the order to shipment and delivery, assess current orders and forecast future demand to provide adequate supplies and monitor demand changes by responding to solving problems that may arise. They will remain in constant communication with suppliers to ensure all parties are happy and always on the same page. They are highly experienced in all facets of supply chain management, such as logistics, strategic sourcing, inventory management, procurement support, forecasting, purchasing and warehousing.

Our Quality Assurance experts will support the development of the quality assurance programme which will provide confidence to management and regulatory bodies that the nuclear and non-nuclear structures, systems, and equipment perform as designed in operation and that measures for coping with emergencies operate correctly. They are fully experienced in implementation of the policy, principles, and standards that establish the planned and systematic actions used to assure quality is achieved in all activities affecting safety and licencing. Our QA experts will support the safe, efficient and economic design, construction and commissioning, maintaining quality of workmanship, whether physical or programmatic economically and will ensure that all regulatory commitments are met. They will also manage that all suppliers providing items and services affecting nuclear safety, implement a quality assurance program or quality controls that meet the necessary regulatory requirements.
