NuPhoenix Limited – Complaints Procedure
NuPhoenix Limited aims to provide high quality services which meet your needs. We believe that the services we provide are of the highest quality however, if you feel that our high standards have dropped in any way, please let us know.
NuPhoenix Limited operates under a professional code of conduct which embraces moral and professional ethics, equality, diversity, inclusion, transparency, honesty, and trust.
In order to ensure our service remains at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with the organisation. If you are not happy with NuPhoenix Limited, please tel us.
If you are unhappy with an individual or any NuPhoenix Limited service, please write to the relevant manager, or Director at the registered address below.
Often, we will be able to give you a response as soon as your complaint is received. When the matter is more complicated, we will give you at least an initial response within five working days.
All written complaints will be logged, and a written acknowledgement of your complaint will be sent to you within three working days. Our intention is to fully investigate the nature of the complaint and you will receive a full reply within ten working days, informing you how the problem is being resolved. If, for any reason this timeframe is not achievable, a provisional response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered.
If after we have fully responded you are not satisfied, please write to the managing Director who will report the matter to the next meeting of the Board, which will decide on any further steps to resolve the situation amicably.
Finally, please also let us know if you are happy with NuPhoenix Limited services.
